For this week we have:
- 4 quarts of yellow peaches
- 2 quarts of Cortland apples
- 2 quarts of Rhode Island Greening apples (tart, good baking apple)
- 6 corn
- 1 butternut squash
- 1 spaghetti squash
- 1 quart nectarines
- gallon of cider
- 2 Bell peppers
- 3 Cubanelle peppers
- 3 Cayenne or Jalapeno peppers
- beets
-1 tomato

A note on the corn:
We anticipate having corn until there is a killing frost.  Which is fabulous, except that while September corn is very tasty, it tends to have critters.  This time of year, expect to have to cut off the top of your corn with the tiny worm that is in it.

Apples:
Cortland and Rhode Island Greenings are good cooking apples.  This would be a great week to bake an apple crisp.
