For this week we have:
- 4 quarts of Fuji apples
- pumpkin
- gallon on cider
- cauliflower
- cabbage (most everyone got red)
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 Asian pears (last of the crop)
- red potatoes
- 3/4 lb string beans

Why not make a jack-o-lantern and roast the seeds?  After you scoop out your pumpkins, rinse the seeds of the pulp.  Toss with a small amount of oil and lay on a single layer on a baking sheet, lightly salt and roast at 325 degrees for about 25 degrees.

Enjoy!   — Rebecca Melick
