Pick Your Own Pumpkins
When it's fall, every family should plan at least one trip to the farm to select the perfect pumpkins for your jack-o-lanterns and home decorations.
At Melick's Town Farm in Califon, plan to join us on weekends in October for a horse drawn wagon ride out to the pumpkin patch where you can select your own pumpkins still growing on the vine. We also have hay wagon rides at the Cider Mill and Orchards in Oldwick, and we have a large selection of pumpkins at all our locations and farmers' markets.
While you are at the orchard, plan to also go out into 
our Apple Orchards for Pick Your Own Apples—tasty, sweet and crunchy, there's nothing more delicious than an apple picked fresh from the tree!
Bring the family-and the camera-for a great fall trip to the farm. You may want to include a visit to the Cider Mill, to see how our fresh picked apples are pressed into a delicious blend of pure apple cider. You'll want to take home several jugs for your friends.
We also have all your favorite gourds, pumpkins of different sizes and shapes, Indian Corn, Corn Stalks and hay bales to help you decorate your home for the fall season.
