

Peaches
7 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
Wash, peel and slice enough peaches to fill a glass pie plate. Cream together butter, flour and brown sugar. Spread mixture over top of peaches. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve while still warm. The crumble will look especially appealing is you mix yellow and white peaches.
